Board the plane.
Not the paperwork.

Every eTA application we send is read by a person first. Names, passport numbers, dates, layovers — checked against your document before it reaches any system.

Eligibility desk

Two questions. One verdict.

Whether you need an eTA comes down to the passport in your hand and the way you arrive. Nothing else.

eTA
REQUIRED

Yes — you need an eTA.

With a United Kingdom passport arriving by air, the airline checks your authorization at the gate. Without it you are not allowed to board.

Gate to gate

Three steps. We carry the rest.

Every file passes a human read before transmission. That is where the errors that cost a flight get caught.

01

You fill it in

Field by field, with a plain explanation on every question that trips people up — occupation, previous stays, admissibility history.

About 7 minutes
02

We read it back

Passport number, exact spelling, dates, consistency between answers. If something looks wrong we write to you before anything is sent.

Same day
03

It lands

The authorization arrives by email, linked electronically to your passport. Nothing to print — it is read at the boarding desk.

Denied boarding

Four mistakes that cost a flight.

The four we check on every single file, because they are the four that keep coming back.

Error 01

The passport number

One digit transposed and the authorization exists — attached to a document that is not yours. It fails at the gate.

Error 02

The renewed passport

A valid eTA on a replaced passport is worth nothing. New document since your last trip? You need a new authorization.

Error 03

The forgotten layover

A connection through a Canadian airport counts as an arrival by air. Required even if you never leave the terminal.

Error 04

The night before

Most files clear in minutes, some go to manual review. Twenty-four hours out, there is no margin left.

The rule nobody explains

Five years — or your passport.

An eTA is bolted to the passport it was issued against, not to you. Slide the marker to your own expiry date.

One application per traveller

Your file can be in tonight.

There is no family eTA — every traveller has their own, infants included. We handle group applications in a single pass.
